LinkInfo 1.00			2013-03-28

The purpose of this program is to pick up some extra info from
the Easy Works database and then send out the linkDown/linkUp
trap agagin with this extra info added.

1. Place the file linkinfo.exe in the SNMPc apiexec directory.

2. Add an action for the snmpTrap linkDown
   Run Program: linkinfo.exe "c:\program files\easyworks" $O $i $1

3. Add an action for the snmpTrap linkUp
   Run Program: linkinfo.exe "c:\program files\easyworks" $O $i $1


Syntax:
linkinfo.exe pathToEasyWorks down/up recNo ifIndex

pathToEasyWorks	"c:\program files\easyworks"

down/up:	linkDown or linkUp

recNo:		device recordId

ifIndex:	link ifIndex



The trap is bound to the same Device in the map that first trap was
bound to. If you prefer to bind the trap to a link in the map
you should do this:

1. Add a link between 2 devices.

2. Give the link the same IP address as the device.

3. Change Trap Community for the link to linkinfo



Debug mode:
create a file called debug2me.txt in the easytrap directory
(remember to delete the file when the test is finished)


Tip:
Because linkinfo.exe is only going to find info from devices that
resides in the map it's recommended that you do this config in SNMPc.
Config/Event Options: Enable 'Ignore Traps from Unknown Sources'
